Our Authentication Protocol

At Hode Vintage, trust is the cornerstone of our store. That's why we apply a high-precision technical and visual validation process to ensure the legitimacy of each of our pieces. Our methodology is divided into four critical phases:

Phase 1: Visual and Structural Audit

Every piece entering our collection undergoes a thorough manual examination by our team. In this initial stage, we analyze the fundamental elements that define the brand's DNA:

  • Craftsmanship and symmetry: We check the precision of seams and artisanal finishes.
  • Material analysis: We evaluate the quality, weight, and texture of leathers and hardware.
  • Brand identifiers: We verify logos, engravings, and internal labels to prepare the piece for technological analysis.

Phase 2: Technological Diagnosis with Entrupy

To eliminate any margin of error, we use Entrupy technology, the most advanced and recognized Artificial Intelligence-based certification system in the world:

  • High-resolution microscopy: Using a specialized device, we capture microscopic images of fabric patterns, serial codes, and identity stamps.
  • Database matching: The system processes these images, comparing them with millions of data points from original pieces, accurately determining the authenticity of the item.

Phase 3: Official Certificate Issuance

After positive system validation, the document certifying the piece is created:

  • Legitimacy guarantee: If the item passes the test, Entrupy issues a unique Certificate of Authenticity, which includes the model and specific identifiers backed by their global guarantee.
  • Exclusion filter: Any piece that shows the slightest discrepancy in the system is immediately removed from our inventory.

Phase 4: Documentation Delivery

At Hode Vintage, we believe in complete transparency. Therefore, all our sales include physical documentation that certifies the originality of the bag:

  • Physical Format: The Certificate of Authenticity is carefully included inside your package along with your new piece.
  • Assistance: In the exceptional case that you do not locate said document in your order, please write to us at vintagehode@gmail.com and we will resolve your issue with priority.
